Airtel

Cheapest Call Rates on Airtel: OPTION 1 (Best)

Airtel SmartTALK

Rate: 11 kobo per second (N6.6/min)

Usage: Flat to all networks

Conditions: N5 daily access fee (Charged only when you make the first call once a day)

Code to migrate: Dial “*315#” or text “YES” to 315”

Code to check call balance on Airtel: Dial *123#

OPTION 2 (Better)

Airtel SmartPREMIER

Rate: 11 kobo per second (N6.6/min)

Usage: Flat to all networks

Conditions: N5 daily access fee (Charged only when you make the first call once a day)

Code to migrate: Dial “*318#” or text “YES” to 318”

Code to check call balance on Airtel: Dial *123#
The only difference with the SmartTalk is the data bonus

MTN Xtra Pro

Rate: 11 kobo per second (N6.6/min)

Usage: Flat to all networks

Conditions: N5 daily access fee (Charged only when you make the first call once a day or N12/min if you have insufficient balance)

Code to migrate: Dial “*401# then select 1” or text 401 to 131

Code to check call balance on MTN: Dial *556#

OPTION 2 (Better)

MTN XtraSpecial

Rate: 15 kobo per second (N9/min)

Usage: Flat to all networks

Conditions: No conditions, no first minute, no daily access charge

Code to check call balance on MTN: Dial *556#

OPTION 3 (Good)

MTN iPulse

Rate: 10 kobo per second (N6/min) after first minute charge at 42k/sec

Usage: Flat to all networks

Conditions: N25 first min (Charged only when you make the first call once a day)

Code to migrate: Dial “*406#”

Code to check call balance on MTN: Dial *556#

Although this looks almost same as the Super Saver Plus below, the iPulse carries more VAS such as eligibility for some data promo

You did not mention mtn goody bag. Probably the best been on it for over a year. It's a bundle pack though.

Well. I think you missed a thing
MTN goody bag that i have been using for more than a year is far better that the updated one that you purchase minutes and data and it works perfectly

It has just the one of #750 and #1000
For 750 send GB750 to 131 you will receive your 750 back on your goody bag bonus to call all network at a flat rate of 10k/sec (#6 a min) plus #1200 bonus which is charged at 40k/sec (24 a min) that alone means you have free, 50 mins to call mtn numbers outside your main account balance

For 1000 send Gb1000 to 131
You will get your 1000 back plus 1600 in bonus equivalent to 60mins free call. same call rate as above
