How to be a TStv Dealer: Dealership requirement
For direct engagement, TStv Africa has three different categories of dealerships with their respective requirements and benefits as follows;

TStv Super dealer
Requirements and benefits include;
- Registered company with CAC (Certificate, Form 2 and 7 needed for registration)
- Good showroom and office space which would be branded TStv colors (Photos of the office will be required at registration)
- Active phone number and email
- Staff ( customer care, sales, and tech/installers)
- System/Internet access
- Passport photograph
- Corporate account in Company name (Current)
- Ability to purchase 3,000 pieces of complete set of decoders and accessories at the rate of N4,000 excl. VAT to sell at the rate of N5,000.
- Subscription deposit of N1m
- Ability to manage other Sub-dealer/Retailer in any given territory
- Good store/warehouse for storage of the set-top boxes (decoders)
- Good knowledge of DTH marketing and network installers
- 8% earning on subscription
TStv Sub-dealer
Requirements and benefits include;
- A good shop/showroom for branding (Photos of the office will be required at registration)
- Active phone number and email
- Passport photograph
- Ability to purchase 1,000 decoders and accessories at the rate of N4,400 per unit (N4,400,000 excl. VAT) to sell at the rate of N5,000.
- Subscription deposit of N100,000
- Good store/warehouse for storage of the set-top boxes (decoders)
- Good knowledge of the market
- Corporate account in Company name (Current)
- Marketing Staff for sales, Customer Care and Installers
- 5% earning on subscription
TStv Retailer
Requirements and benefits include;
- A passport photograph
- Ability to purchase a minimum of 10 decoders from a sub-dealer at the rate of N4,600 to sell at the rate of N5,000
- Knowledge of installation
- Active phone number and email address
- 3% earning on subscription
Note that though the profit on Decoders and accessories may be small, Retailers would make more money from installations fees which ranges from N2,000 to N3,000.
